What happens after I have booked a clean?
You will automatically receive a confirmation via email with your booking details . Then we will contact you to confirm your details , special requirements , date and time etc. Once we have checked all your details , you will receive a second email confirming the cleaning session date and time. You can also log in to your account to check your booking status , service details etc.
NB . Please provide only valid email address. We had not found any problems with Gmail , but if you hold a Yahoo and Hotmail account , please check your Junk folder

Cleaning Services

Do I need to provide any cleaning products?
NO! All cleaning products and equipment will be provided by us. We use only professional , high quality and Eco-Friendly cleaning products. Please note: If your property in Victorian/Georgian/Tenement style you must provide a step ladder. ( Step ladder should be safe to use )
What isn't included in your services?
We do not clean the windows from outside, all windows and frames will be cleaned from inside only. We do not clean the curtains and blinds. Floors will only be vacuumed and clean under furniture where is possible, we do not move heavy items we will only work around them.
What about quality guarantee?
We believe that this is the most important question when you choosing a professional cleaning service. Yes,yes and again yes!! We can guarantee the quality of our services. Day after day , our professionals provides a quality monitoring , and this means that all our cleaning service provided at the highest standards in the cleaning industry

General questions

Home visit and price estimate?
We do not visit your home for quotation. We have years of experience in the cleaning and all our prices are based on this experience. You can check all our prices on our website
But please note : Our cleaners, out of fairness, do reserve the right to change a price depending on the condition and size of your property. This only occurs for homes that require a deep cleaning , in Victorian/Georgian/Tenement style , or have an additional bathroom / toilet / reception room and you did not select this options on the booking form. For property in 'hazardous condition' it will be double price from the normal quote. Changes will be discussed before any work has started
How do I pay for your service?
We accept a cash , bank transfer and card payment options. You may choose one of this options on the booking form. In some cases we may ask you to pay £50 deposit by bank transfer to completely reserve the date for you
When I need to choose a deep cleaning?
You need to add a 'Deep cleaning' option if :
  • Your property has not been cleaned for a long time and requires a deep cleaning
  • You have a pets
  • Your property after renovation / redecoration
  • Your property in poor condition
Do you provide a receipt for your services?
YES. Detailed invoice will be provided for every work done. Also you can login to your account and print your invoice at any time.
Do I have to stay at home during the cleaning?
It is not necessary for you to be at home during the cleaning process . But you need to provide access to your property
Do you have an hourly rate for your services?
No, we do not have an hourly rate - all our prices are fixed. This means that you pay a fixed rate for the work done. Based on our experience, we came to the conclusion that this form of pricing is more convenient for most customers.
You may find across the web that most of the cleaning agencies charge £30-50 agency fee plus £££ per hour. Imagine that you have booked deep or end of tenancy cleaning service , paid £40 agency fee and your service included just a 4 hours. But after 4 hours the cleaners tells you that they needs more time or they are simply leave the job unfinished... We believe that it is inconvenient and might cause you a lot of stress.
That is why we believe that Fixed rate pricing are more comfortable and convenient. You wll know exactly how much you will need to pay
