    Cash Payment Terms The cash payment required on completion and must be made directly to the cleaners. Sorry, but we do not accept £100 notes.
    Please note: For all new customers £50 deposit required to secure your booking.
    Bank Transfer Payment Terms Once you have completed your booking we will issue you with an invoice for the total amount payable. We need to receive full payment on the day before your service is due. Your invoice is only deemed to have been settled when the full amount has been paid. For detailed information please read our Terms & Conditions.

    Cancellation & Service Policy

    You can cancel your booking by giving no less than 72 hours prior notice in writing. There is a cancellation fee of 75% of the service total for cancelling or rescheduling a cleaning visit with less than 72 hours notice. Please Note : We do not clean the windows from outside. We do not clean the curtains and blinds. Our cleaners, out of fairness, do reserve the right to change a price depending on the condition and size of your property. This only occurs for homes that require a deep cleaning , in Victorian/Georgian/Tenement style , or have an additional bathroom / toilet / reception room and you did not select this options on the booking form. Changes will be discussed before any work has started

      End of tenancy cleaning service : You need to choose this service if you are a tenant or landlord, and your rental period has come to an end.

      * Basic fridge/freezer cleaning included in this service.

      * Please note: we can not guarantee that all carbon and rust can be completely removed. In some cases you need to use a "full valet" cleaning. This service provided by the oven cleaning companies

    • Victorian / Tenement / Georgian style

      You need to add this addon if your property in Victorian , Tenement or Georgian style. In other words, your property has high ceilings and tall windows.

    • I have pets

      You need to add this addon if you have or had any pets (except a Gold Fish).
