Quality Monitoring
To improve the quality and standards of cleaning services we created a special department - Domestic Cleaning Standard Agency (DCSA) . DCSA was established in 2013 as an independent body and expert to monitor and control the quality of cleaning services. This allowed us to estimate the actual quality and thus improve the quality of cleaning services to the highest level.
UV Blacklight Inspection
Our UV technology help to reveal invisible contamination on surfaces, highlighting areas either missed or not cleaned properly. We always use the UV black light Inspection for audits , evaluating different cleaning products and training our cleaning staff. Therefore our unique quality control system allows us to provide the best cleaning quality and at the highest standards
Administrative Staff Control and Training Systems
To improve the quality and standards of cleaning services we created a special recruitment and training programme according to our "codes of standards". This process is regulated and performed by MoDC
